Acceptance

• By using Recikee, you agree to these terms.
• If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account deletion from Settings.

Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse, or disruption of the service.

Your content

• You retain rights to the recipes and notes you add.
• You grant Recikee permission to store and process your content to run the app.
• Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to use.

Service limits and availability

• Service features may change or be removed.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or incidents.

Liability and warranty

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the extent permitted by law, Recikee disclaims warranties and indirect damages.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy and updates

• Privacy handling, including cookies, is described in the Privacy Notice.
• We may update these terms when product or legal requirements change. The effective version above is the current reference.
